Cancellations

We reserve the right to request a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, for cancellations of less than 24 hours notice.

Payment

Cheques accompanied by a cheque guarantee card and most major credit cards are accepted for any payments of £10.00 and over.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase and are valid for 6 months. Specific treatments or monetary value are available.

Treatments Courses

All treatment courses must be paid for in full on the first treatment and completed within six months.

A course is non-transferable and non-refundable.
